Crockpot Ground Beef Philly Fix-Clean eating, Keto Friendly and only 7 ingredients!

Craving a Philly Cheesesteak but don’t have the time? Enter this recipe! We’re talking ground beef, melted cheese, and all the classic Philly flavors, but made the easy way—in the crockpot. Yep, you just toss everything in, set it, forget it, and let your slow cooker do the heavy lifting while you kick back. In a few hours, you’ll have a cheesy, beefy, delicious meal. Perfect for lazy days, busy nights, or whenever you just want a really good sandwich without all the work! We serve this on buns or over rice.

🚨!!!TIME SAVING ALERT!!🚨

I like to brown 10 lbs of ground beef at once and freeze it in smaller portions for quick meals like this one!

When the garden is hopping or if there is just a deal on bell peppers, we use this chopper and freeze them. Also a great way to put the kids to work! 😂 Then I can grab them out when needed instead of having peppers go bad in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • Ground Beef-browned and drained

  • Diced Onion

  • Diced Bell Peppers

  • Coconut Aminos

  • Beef Broth or Bone Broth

  • Provolone Cheese Slices

  • Steak Seasoning- We like Dan-O’s!

  • This can be served on its own and also served on a bun (The Good Stuff Bake Shop! 🙂 )or with rice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese in your crockpot-one dish, LESS MESS is always a win!
  2. Cook on high for 2/3 hours or low for 4/5 hours. You could sweep your floors, do your laundry…but a nap would be better! ☺️
  3. Stir in your provolone cheese, and cook until it is melted through out. Show off your cheese pull to your family before serving. 😂
  4. Enjoy by itself for a keto/low carb option-you could serve with cauliflower rice. If you’re into the carbs a brioche bun with provolone cheese is pure perfection! We have also enjoyed this with basmati rice.
Yield: 8-10 Servings
