The Simple Swap: Short and Recognizable Labels

The fix is simple: look for powders with a short, transparent ingredient list. You want to see the protein source (like grass-fed whey, pea protein, or beef isolate) and maybe a natural sweetener like monk fruit, stevia, or coconut sugar.
